Michael participated in a panel discussion with my beginning OTA students. He was engaging, inspiring and informative. The students learned about how Michael developed his own occupational therapy business based on a perceived need, and how he has been able to support parents of children with autism spectrum diagnoses. For my students this was a valuable experience, because developing their own area of practice is often something that they have not considered. I hope to have Michael back to talk to future classes.
